The two-day meeting was organized by THOHUN-NCO to present THOHUN activities following the completion of year one of Sub-Award by principle investigators of THOHUN’s projects. Those who worked relating to the One Health were also encouraged to submit abstracts to present at the meeting in forms of oral and posters. Moreover, participants had an opportunity to discuss on strategies to enhance capacity of the network for the EPT-2.
Participants comprised 80 representatives of THOHUN faculty members who were from Chiang Mai University, Chulalongkorn University, Kasetsart University, Khon Kaen University, Mahidol University, and Prince of Songkla University. There were also two staff from DAI-RESPOND, two staff from the Ministry of Public Health, three staff from the Department of Livestock Development of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, three staff from USAID, and four staff from THOHUN-NCO, attending the meeting.
