The Thailand One Health University Network National Coordinating Office (THOHUN-NCO) met the Mahidol University President to present past performance reports.
On September 18, 2020, Assoc. Prof. Prantep Ratanakorn, Chairman and Asst. Prof. Saengduen Moonsom, Coordinator of THOHUN-NCO met Prof. Dr. Banchong Mahaisavariya, President of Mahidol University, to report the past performance of THOHUN-NCO and gave supplemented funds from external funding sources to the university at VIP lounge, 5th floor, Office of the President, Mahidol University, Salaya University.
THOHUN NCO is funded by the One Health Workforce Project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the University of Minnesota (UMN), with Mahidol University signing the contract on behalf of THOHUN-NCO since 2015. The project ended in September 2019 and continues to receive ongoing funding under the new program of “One Health Workforce-Next Generation,” through the University of California Davis (UC Davis) as a primary recipient of a five-year grant starting from January 2020 – 2024.
