The Saovabha Institute of the Thai Red Cross Society organized World Rabies Day on September 28, 2023, at the 100th Anniversary Park, Chulalongkorn University. On this occasion, the Thailand One Health University Network (THOHUN) participated in the exhibition to promote knowledge about rabies.

This year’s event aimed to raise awareness about rabies, a contagious disease that impacts the health of both humans and animals. Within THOHUN’s booth, various educational activities were conducted, including games designed to engage and encourage participation from the public. Additionally, prizes were distributed to motivate attendees to join the activities enthusiastically.

THOHUN provided valuable information on rabies prevention, vaccination for pets, and guidelines for safe animal care, which attracted significant interest from visitors.

THOHUN hopes that this event will play a crucial role in raising awareness about rabies in society and encourage the public to participate responsibly in pet care.
